About Cody J. Paiva
Dr. Paiva earned his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a resident training in Internal Medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Paiva was born and raised in Central Vermont and completed his undergraduate degree in microbiology at the University of Vermont. After college, he got a job at Oregon Health & Science University working in cancer research. He loved the Pacific Northwest to want to stay for medical school and thus enrolled in medical school at Pacific Northwest University in Yakima, WA. He also obtained his Master’s in Public Health from Eastern Washington University. His medical interests include hematology/oncology, infectious diseases, and public health.
