It has been 2 years since the last visit I attended with my kids (my husband went to their appointment last year). I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness of everyone in the office- this was the best support staff I've ever experienced here. Dr. Simmerman (Brian) is always wonderful, but he spent so much time with us this visit, it was so comfortable. I didn't feel like I was keeping him from other patients or duties. Very positive experience.

Thank you your wonderful care. It's so amazing to have access to this healthcare. My husband lost his job this year because of a disability and we were without insurance for the first time in 13 years. The office helped us get started with getting our son covered and it's such an absolute blessing to have him be able to continue to be seen at our favorite office/providers that we have ever had. Thank you for accepting our state insurance. We always hesitate to be seen by a new person. Our son is autistic and he is not a huge fan of coming to be seen. He is almost 8 and thought Dr. Simmerman did a good job. He said that he felt comfortable and that he checked the right things and hurried up the talking part! He was very good about listening to us and guided us through the process of figuring out the best course of treatment. He handled our request for school note right away and we were able to get home.
