About Fawn M. Wolf

Fawn Wolf, MD, has always enjoyed talking with people, problem solving and biology. All of this combined, pointed her in the direction of a career in medicine. “I spent some time in college shadowing physicians and absolutely loved it,” she says. For Dr. Wolf, the practice of endocrinology was a perfect blend of molecular biology and human interactions.

Dr. Wolf values the long-term relationships she’s built with her patients. She has a subspecialty in pituitary disease management and enjoys the mix of chronic disease management and managing thyroid and pituitary disease. “I like to help patients find what will motivate them to lead their healthiest, most enjoyable lives possible,” she says.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She obtained her medical degree at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. Both her internship and residency were completed at Legacy Health Hospital in Portland, Oregon.

Dr. Wolf was born and raised in Michigan but moved to Portland for her residency. She has happily lived here ever since and likes spending time with her husband and two children. She’s an avid runner and cook.
