Jasvinder Nangiana, M.D., is a board-certified neurosurgeon. He is interested in developing novel surgical therapies through translational research and application of emerging technologies. As a chief resident at UCLA, he did an enfolded specialization in Complex Spine and Radiosurgery. He subsequently completed an advanced Neurosurgical Oncology fellowship at Johns Hopkins, with an emphasis on brain tumors and minimally-invasive endoscopic procedures. He has received numerous awards and has the distinction of obtaining the highest national score on the neurosurgery board examination.
Dr. Nangiana specializes in the treatment of brain and spine tumors, degenerative spine (low back pain, neck pain, spinal stenosis, disk herniation), spinal fractures, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm, hydrocephalus, cerebral hemorrhage, aneurysms, AVMs, cavernomas, SDH/EDH, spinal cord injury and trauma.
