Dr. Kim is very nice and spends the time to tell me as today after testing we have a new plan different medication. Looking for new pain management last pa gave me morphine which caused me Respiratory issues and an extremely low heart rate when I quit taking it.I went and withdrawals and got very sick. Dr. Kim explained that to me and te Pain Management PA. Should have never given to me and Should have told me te problems ofthe drug I have never had. I should have called the pharmacy to see how to get off the morphine Without getting sick.Has been a great Doctor for me he deserves a thank u and a pat on the back.Thank you, [Name(s)]

Dr. Lawrence Kim is my Pulmonologist, he is knowledgeable, kind, prepared. Going up the elevator a man asked if I was I going see my dr and who. I told him and he replied Dr.Kim is the Best. I am extremely happy being under his care .

I was in to see Dr Lawrence Kim for a second time following breathing problems I've been dealing with recently. During this visit I shared other information regarding my health which is concerning a fatal cancer diagnosis unrelated to what I was seeing Dr Kim for. When I shared what was going on Dr Kim immediately pulled up his chair and sat in front of me to discuss what I was going through. He acted like I was the only patient he had that day (which was not the case at all) and showed me such concern, encouragement and care that I left his office feeling like I'd just met the best doctor ever who sincerely cared about me. I could not believe how much concern he had for my situation and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for help in his specialty of Pulmonary disease. On a second note.I've seen several doctors over the years who are members of the St Jude Heritage Medical Group and have not met any bad ones. They are all hard working doctors who care and do their best to help in every way. I've never had any difficulty getting referrals and have been treated with kindness and concern. I recommend this group to anyone looking for a new doctor and/or Medical Group.
