I was 14 minutes late for the appointment due to a serious accident on the freeway, and the office still allowed me in to my appointment t. I was really greatful for that!

This appointment was to go over the results of my at home sleep study. It was determined that I do not have sleep apnea. I believe the results could've been communicated to me over the phone or via a letter versus an in person appointment.
