About Gannon R. Nyquist
Gannon Nyquist takes pride in being a source of information and reassurance for his patients. During visits, he takes as much time as needed to answer every question, no matter how detailed. “I am on my patients’ time, not mine,” he says. “I want to make sure they go home feeling confident in the care they received.”
From building trusting relationships to providing excellent care and staying on top of the changes in medicine, Gannon enjoys every aspect of his work. But the best part of the job, he says, is “seeing a patient’s quality of life improve and being a part of that improvement.”
A graduate of the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, Gannon completed his physician assistant studies and master’s degree in public health at Touro University of California in Vallejo.
In his work, as in the rest of his life, Gannon enjoys connecting with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. Away from work, he likes spending time in the outdoors and exploring new places with his wife and their dogs.

Had an excellent visit with Dr Nyquist. He explained my test results from CT scan in Jan. Extremely worried about the results since my primary provider, who scheduled test was hesitant to explain and had me see a specialist. I would highly recommend Dr Nyquist and his staff.

Gannon was kind and professional during the visit, which lasted 10 minutes. It could have easily been conducted by phone or zoom since he was authorizing a sleep study. It would have saved me at least an hour of travel and wait time if I had not had to be physically present. Please consider making this change in your policy.
