I feel very fortunate to have an amazing pulmonary physician who really hears me and wants the best healthcare for me. In the past I was not so fortunate so I was skeptical on my first appointment but she has eased my fears and is taking very good care of me. I have recommended her to several friends and family. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough in her examination and referred me for several test procedures. She also provided a new medication. The only issue was the time it took to get an appointment. Four months to wait to see the doctor seemed a bit excessive. During that time my health continued to decline without adequate treatment.

It has been quite a while since I have interacted with a Healthcare Professional like Doctor Cayetano, who was courteous, respectful and who showed concern about my Pulmonary Condition. Many times, I encounter a Healthcare Personality that does not know how to communicate effectively with a person with my pigmentation, which was not the case with Doctor Cayetano. My only regret is, having to wait 4 or 5 months to be seen!

Seeing Dr. Cayetano is always a good experience. She is through, thoughtful and knowledgeable.Regarding the question: did providers always ask about "all" the medications I am taking? Misleading question! All my providers went over all my medications when I've had any major heath changes, remember that all my doctors have access to My Chartand each office has a medical assistant that goes over all my medications in the computer with me and updates as needed, before I see the doctor. Each doctor goes over the medications that they prescribe for me, and always ask if I have questions.
