Treatment was efficient and respectful which I appreciated.

The provider was a nurse-practitioner, but she was as knowledgeable as any doctor I've had. She was patient and informed. I brought my retired pharmacist husband to help me understand everything & she was just great at helping us understand everything.

My appt was made a year ago and went well. I received the care I needed and appreciated the time that was spent with me.

I have always had very good care in a timely manner from this provider. However, I had to wait nearly 9 months to see a cardiologist in the Tri Cities area.

Reynolds is always personable and easy to talk with.

Katherine was exceptionally helpful. Do what you can to keep her! The plan we came up with together is already showing results, and I am feeling better than I have in 10 months.
