Dr. Lee is professional, caring & compassionate. He is a good communicator, listens carefully and answers thoughtfully. Allows you to participate in your health care decisions.

He is my best Dr I ever had to prescribe medication to cure for my Gout. And he is knowledgeable

Dr. Lee is exceptional. My genetics and history are both extremely unusual and involved. Dr. Lee listens carefully and is passionate about the care he provides. He was a bit taken aback by my unusual genetics allowing bone spur resorption that is beyond anything documented in any medical or research literature. That is not surprising. My genetics are unusual. And the whole field of genetic advised health care and prescribing is very new. Even the available tools are far from ideal. It is cutting edge.

Dr Wai Lee is an excellent clinician who always exceeds the norm of clinical care due to his extreme attention to medical details, ability to pull together vital information in describing my health and what care I need and why. Is is brilliant. I come from a medical family and I know how hard he works and how much he cares about his patients. His quick answers to.MyChart information far surpasses any provider I have or have had. His referrals are made immediately and he integrates findings with the current medical question always in a way that is understandable to me. I worry that changes in demands at Providence are burning good doctors like him. His nurse is no longer able to renew prescriptions given a mandate. I stead of caring for his patients and leaving work in a timely manner he sits over 30-40 prescription renewals. His time w his hundreds and hundreds of patients is better spent with them. I have a doctorate and I have done clinical collaborations. I have spent hours in the outpatient clinics in other establishments. MDs like Dr Lee are precious. Providence must care for physicians like him and many others to make their jobs doable with today's clinical demands. My brothers and sisters are physicians and my parents were medical professionals. Dr Lee is like my family members. He cares and always extends himself in order that his patients receive the best medical care.

I NEVER RECOMMEND DOCTORS TO ANYONE. Dr Lee is awesome

The care is always excellent. The only problem I had was that when I came into the office on my scooter the people at the desk could not see me.

Dr. Lee is amazing! Here's the specialist that originally diagnosed me and has taken great care of me ever since! The only problem that I've had with Providence is trying to get my blood drawn since the change. Thankfully, I'm able to get my blood drawn at my primary care provider and you have access to that through my chart!

Getting my PCP to give me a referral to see Dr Lee was not easy. And I think this is the second time you've sent me this one in regards to Dr lee. However I'm happy to fill it out again because I love Dr Lee I love the way he treated me I love the idea he has to continue to treat me and I wish I hadn't had to fight my PCP to get it done

Dr Lee was wonderful I can't see enough good things about him. But I needed a referral to see him. Getting that referral from my primary care provider was difficult to say the least

My appointment was literally weeks later and Dr Lee wanted to see me sooner, the receptionist called offered me a cancellation asked if I would come in sooner, I did - I surely appreciated that. Dr Lee has always done his level best for me, he's highly intelligent and knowledgeable regarding my auto-immune disease. He's fabulous.

At the time of my appointment, I told the MA that my back was hurting pretty bad. She brought me a heated blanket that I didn't ask for, which I thought was very nice. Great doctor and staff!!!

Dr. Wai Lee has been a vital part to understanding and guiding me through my Lupus challenges. He is very knowledgeable and professional and trustworthy.

Dr Lee is brilliant and he takes very complex medical conditions and presents them to me so I can understand them. He also respects my graduate training and experience related to disability. He also goes beyond his working hours in the office to get information to me if I've sent him concerns over MyChart. I don't see how he can offer that level of patient care year after year without it taking a toll on him. Being an MD Is very time consuming as well as demanding of emotional strength. People/patients suffer and doctors the Dr Lee really care. I am very grateful he Is my rheumatologist. I know other of his patients who feel the same.
