I was having difficulty getting proper refill equipment for my CPAP. She went into the computer and corrected the information and gave me the part number so I would know what to order when the time came.

Practitioner was short with me when I made statements about my progress but she may have felt I was being short with her. I wasn't. I just declared what I had experienced.

This was my first time meeting Francesca, and she was lovely. She listened wholeheartedly. She did not rush me or the appointment. She even found a solution to a small issue I had, that others said was "just how it is". She was fantastic and I look forward to seeing her again (which is not something I usually say about a lot of healthcare providers).

The dr was amazing. I have had less than good experiences in the past and this care provider really made sure to understand my concerns and take the time to explain things so I understand next steps.

It came to my attention through a 3rd party vendor that I needed an appointment within a month to maintain eligibility for my BiPap machine. The fact that I didn't have one was the fault of Francesca Jahns, who was fairly new to the position, which she acknowledged. I received an appointment for the same day within hours of my request. She was very helpful during our meeting, and gave me good information on how to improve my therapy. This also satisfied the insurance requirements of my 3rd party vendor. I was very happy with the response.

Overall great experience. It took many months to get the referral appointment but I understand that they were booked out with many patients.
