Francesca Jahns, PA-C is a Physician Assistant at Providence Medical Center in Santa Rosa, CA. She began her healthcare journey at Northwestern University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, and later received her Physician Assistant certification from Touro College in New York, NY. Since 2008, Francesca has built a diverse and dynamic career in medicine, with clinical experience spanning Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Pediatric Reconstructive Surgery. She is now expanding her practice to include Sleep Medicine, with a special passion for supporting patients with sleep apnea. Francesca is deeply committed to patient-centered care and believes that effective healthcare is a collaborative effort between provider and patient. Her approach emphasizes open communication, education, and shared decision-making. In addition to her clinical work, Francesca has held leadership roles, including serving as a Clinical Medical Director in a previous position. Outside of medicine, Francesca enjoys cooking, wine, stand up paddle boarding, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children. She recently returned from a year-long global adventure, worldschooling with her family and exploring cultures around the world.
