My provider took time to really understand my symptoms and examine me. She provided excellent advice and had an amazing bedside manner. I would definitely recommend her to others seeking care.

Everyone in this place is very friendly, when I attend consultation with them I feel relaxed, my blood pressure is high when I check it in other offices but being so friendly the nurse in this medical office I feel relaxed and my blood pressure is not elevated thank you very much for being so kind your kindness is felt from the moment I check in until I leave my appointments

Dr. Jahns is a very competent and responsive care provider. She was patient in getting to the bottom of my issues, and very helpful in trying to get approval for my Zepbound medicine that I deserve according to current guidelines, but was taken off abruptly by adverse changes in the overall provision of medical help for old guys like me. I thank her, and Providence Medical Group for striving to keep regular people like me alive and healthy.

The Dr. Is very professional and courteous. Describing the device I'm using and helping me to arrange for it's set-up.

Seems to be a good provider, very busy considering that they are the only game in the county for sleep apnea disorders.

Francesca was very present, caring, and helpful, well worth seeing. The process of getting in to an appointment was frustrating and problematic. I wasn't told until long into the process that the doctor only worked with children and that I would be referred to an assistant and could only see an assistant. I had to wait months for an appointment. I had to fill out forms, send them in, and then wait to hear back. There was a long wait time to see even an assistant. Fortunately, seeing Francesca was very good and therefore worth going through the somewhat inappropriate and frustrating process to get there.

I was having difficulty getting proper refill equipment for my CPAP. She went into the computer and corrected the information and gave me the part number so I would know what to order when the time came.

This was my first time meeting Francesca, and she was lovely. She listened wholeheartedly. She did not rush me or the appointment. She even found a solution to a small issue I had, that others said was "just how it is". The dr was amazing. I have had less than good experiences in the past and this care provider really made sure to understand my concerns and take the time to explain things so I understand next steps.

It came to my attention through a 3rd party vendor that I needed an appointment within a month to maintain eligibility for my BiPap machine. The fact that I didn't have one was the fault of Francesca Jahns, who was fairly new to the position, which she acknowledged. I received an appointment for the same day within hours of my request. She was very helpful during our meeting, and gave me good information on how to improve my therapy. This also satisfied the insurance requirements of my 3rd party vendor. I was very happy with the response.
