The providers and clerks are always very helpful. For the most part, I feel like they are Family! I'm a little hard to please, but you'll get no complaints about any of my experiences at PACMED! Since being a patient with Pacmed (around 25 years), Dr Jamwall has been the least responsive provider. If I have a question she doesn't have an answer to, rather than saying she doesn't know, she ignores it. She seems to have the technical skills but definitely is lacking in people skills.

First visit, something of a "second opinion". This provider showed a lot of interesting in reviewing my history and wanted to order past CTs and X-rays. Also, she asked me questions that other providers had not asked.
