Dr. Jiang, after reviewing the first MRI, fit us into his busy schedule knowing the seriousness of the problem. He also moved quickly to order additional necessary tests and a follow up appointment to review results. He was very honest with us, yet caring and genuine .

Dr. Bowen Jiang came highly recommended. My primary doctor first told me about Dr. Jiang and then my Physical Therapist also recommended him. He came from Johns Hopkins University. As our appointment progressed I could tell he was very educated and was a highly trained surgeon. I need very specialized back surgery. He explained everything to us in detail. I believe he is the best surgeon for me.

Dr. Jiang takes excellent care of me

He was able to work on my L5 S1 even though once I went in for the procedure that morning they discovered my tailbone slipped to a stage 3. He work so hard to try to fix what had happened. His bedside manner is amazing, he even called me the next morning after my surgery to ask how I was feeling and doing. I highly recommend Dr Jaing.

Dr Bowen Jiang was extremely attentive and accommodating, going out of his way to get my grandmother seen and operated on ASAP given her urgent situation. He checked on her daily and also was very proactive in communicating with us (her family/caretakers). We were extremely nervous about having a 90 year old go through spinal surgery, even if minimally invasive, but we had 100% trust in Dr. Jiang and felt comfortable proceeding with his recommendations. Could not have had a better experience.

Appreciated The time Dr. Jaing Took to explain in detail the surgical process scheduled for. He answered my questions as they Related to the surgery as well as the postop care and expectations.

I feel it was a very good visit. I know that if I exercise and lose weight, I might not need surgery.
