The doctor is very informative and knowledgeable. I feel confident about the treatment plan. The staff checking me was friendly and provided a timeframe for the drs call. Only one thing that I was unsure of and that is setting a follow up following tests. When I sent a note to the doctor to see when someone would contact me to set up a follow up to go over the MRI, a team member called me to let me know it Is my responsibility to set a follow up appointment. Not their office. I was confused since I did reach out to the doctor. However she let me that was not the proper way to schedule. I mention this because If I am responsible for scheduling follow ups after testing Is done, what does Providence recommend a patient do to make sure they know the tests are ready and to call and schedule.
