Dr.Ackron is knowledgeable and answered my top line questions -- what did the MRI mean, and what would be the possible treatments. In discussing the treatment possibilities, Dr. Ackron sped through them in about 2 minutes flat. It wasn't anything she said, but her manner, that communicated that she had better ways to spend her time, so I felt that follow up questions would be unwelcome as a waste of her time. I was very disappointed, as the doctor I had seen initially about my issue had been very helpful, listened well and answered all my questions.

Dr. Ackron is always on top of everything related to my health care. She explains things in an easy way for me to understand and ALWAYS asks me if I have any questions. She never appears in a hurry during my appointments. I look for a partner when it comes to my health and she fits the bill.

The doctor's voice is too loud like spoke too fast in the exam room and reflects one point she has not in patience to clients.

I learned the morning of my appointment that it had to be moved to online because my provider didn't come to work. The online appointment worked good for this visit and I appreciated the option.

This is only the 2nd time I've seen Dr. Ackron. She is a relatively new primary care physician to me. She had a good bedside manner and so far I am satisfied with her level of care and compassion.

I went in to discuss my he a ring impairment and I was given a test. She recommended I see a audiologist that provides free testing and hearing aides. The visit was good.

Dr Akron and staff are friendly, courteous and compassionate. All have a good sense of humor making the appointment seem like I'm seeing friends.

Dr. Ackron was very pleasant, seems extremely intelligent and she understood why I was so concerned about what may appear to others as a benign symptom. Since my usual PCP is in her group and is unfortunately leaving, I may ask to be reassigned to Dr. Ackron.

I was very satisfied they were able to find a cancellation for me and get me in the day I called!!! It was a Friday! Made a huge difference to get on the prescribed medication as soon as possible. I would definitely see her again.

While this provider was knowledgeable, her delivery of information was rushed and difficult for an average person to understand.

This appointment was specifically for an issue that arose from blood tests I had for another condition. I used MyChart to send a message to Dr. Ackron's health care team and they called me later that day to schedule an appointment for the next day. This eased my mind immensely about the new condition, knowing that I would get the right path to follow. I appreciate Dr. Ackron and her whole care team and wouldn't change from Providence for any reason.

Dr Akron is my rock; foundation of my recovery process after a near death crash. Multiple fractures and subdural hematoma caused a TBI. The TBI manifests itself in many different ways every day. I have specialists for many specific aspects but Dr Akron spans everything and treats me as a complex, valuable human being. She research's everything before seeing me so I don't have to cover what's been going on. She's great!

She is friendly and very all around thoughtful. I'm very happy with her. She knows what she is doing!
