The provider was running very late. I could actually hear her greet the patient In the room next to me 20 minutes after my appointment time so I was concerned that I would get a rushed or less thorough experience. Instead she came into the room completely focused on me and for the first time in years, I was given a complete answers to all my questions and I am extremely happy with the experience. In the time I had with Dr Moreno I felt like I had 100% of her attention and my time with her was really well managed. Whatever caused delays In the schedule that day I do not know, but I was grateful for my experience

I was cared for in a very professional and caring manner. All my questions were answered. I appreciate how quickly I was seen by Dr. Moreno, MD and I appreciate her expertise and opinions. Everyone was kind and helpful.

Kind of got cut off by the alarm at the end of my appointment indicating "time is up". Other than this, my visit and provider was very good.

I felt comfortable talking to Dr. Moreno and was confident she was concerned about my opinion on whether to proceed with the operation we had discussed. She strikes me as extremely competent and transparent. She explained the procedure to me in layperson terms without condescension and prepared me as best she could, I imagine, for the not too incredibly pleasant recovery.

She explained things very well so I couldunderstand and make my choice. She expressed no pressure on my decision which helped to somewhat calm my brain about my cancer. I like that I get a teams opinion. Any advice about future treatment with understanding, compassion is important to me. I have trouble with anyone making me feel pressured to do what they feel is best. You feel your life is in their hands and it makes us as patience's feel helpless. Not sure how to say this. I've seen so many doctors it boggles my brain. I was told at first I had a small medium growing tumor then told by someone else I have a large fast growing tumor. This is a confusing time for me. I put my life in my teams hands but sometimes our choices are from life experiences we've seen. All I can do is pray and than that we have good doctors that saving lives is their passion as mine is painting.
