The office changed my office visit to virtual since I could not walk. Dr was aware of my pain/situation. Although PA Lauren is not PCP, she has treated for my condition and is very attentive and working out a plan to recover.

According to provider they don't do pelvic exam for yearly well women exam. This is unacceptable for me. They did not provide through pelvic exam even after asking for it. I will not come to this office for routine well check and they never have enough time for patients. All provider at this office always typing in EMR while you talking to them. They never have time to make eye contact to listen to patients concerns.

This provider was wonderful, first time I saw her, look forward to seeing her again.

Love Lauren M. She is detailed with me for a difficult recovery for a ankle prehistoric insect bite. I had no time to be on recliner as the infection, bruising and swelling would not heal. I had three antibiotic prescriptions and pain and swelling was endless. Lauren was concerned with me and wecdecided I needed PT as my ankle felt stiff and not loose as right foot. I zm t2 diabetic and have a careful diet.I could not excersize and walk which was difficult for me I praise Lauren as she repeats her findings theee times to be sure I am aware of my painful ankle and states 3 times on her plan for my recovery. It is distressing to be injured and I needed this simple courtesy she gives me. She should have a wonderful career in your family medical office.

My concerns were heard and addressed properly with the right follow up tests and future appointment. I appreciate that my concerns weren't dismissed.

Lauren is easy to talk to and has alot of good information. On a previous visit she recommended a FODMAP diet. I came for an acute condition, that turns out to be a symptom of a long term condition, which I have finally addressed. Kudos to Lauren!!!

Ms magdalena was about as good as a physicians asst could be. She was patient polite and gave written care instructions that helped. My issue is the "system" I am 80 and fell on an artificial hip and was in pain and it took a week to get appt with my primary care doctors office after I went to urgent care

I appreciated the care and concern to make an appointment for specialist for a [Name(s)] day appointment.

Loren was very attentive to my concerns. She new exactly what I needed to address my problem

Lauren listened and sent got me the proper referrals for my situation and treated me for UTI and Eczema.

She ordered an abdominal ultrasound, but when I called three days later the person on the appointment line said there was nothing in the chart. I feel she might had forgotten to order the ultrasound.
