Always a good experience. The team recognizes hearing and physical deficits and adjusts their speech and assistance outreach to my needs. They seem to have access to alerts for my needs and care, beyond common professionalism. I feel safe and comfortable in the office and with my aftercare questions and needs, when I call with questions.

When I was referred to Dr. Santos, by Dr. Christopher Davenport, I did not know she was an Urogynecologist, I thought she was an OB/Gyn. At this visit she explained that she's more into patients that need surgery. She told me the only reason for this visit was because my insurance required it so she could continue to fill my Rx. She said my PCP could be the one to fill my Rx from here on in. A year from now, I have an appointment to see her PA.

Dr. Santos is an excellent physician and I feel so fortunate to be under her care. She is very knowledgeable and really listens to me when I have any concern with any health issues. If I am nervous during a visit, she is sure to speak to me in a very calming way to relax me. I am grateful that she is part of my care team and I value her highly.

I've only had good experiences

I have been seeing Dr. Santos for at least 10 years for my urogynecological needs. She is extremely competent and capable, and I trust her judgment and treatment implicitly. For this appointment, one year post surgery with her, I had to change the appointment twice. Once, I had a scheduling conflict. The second time, I made a mistake and put the wrong date into my phone. However, I was able to easily schedule this third appointment with no problem. The front desk staff was very professional with me when I goofed on my second scheduled appointment--and showed up a day too late! Finally, I like the new Women's Center building. It is like a Spanish hacienda, conveying a warm and not coldly clinical vibe. The parking is very easy, too. Thanks for listening.

I waited approx six months for an appt. After that length of time,or not even because of it, I expected her to sit down and listen to me, as I was a new patient. That didn't happen. I assume that she's a very, ery busy Dr but I was not happy with my experience. D at one point, based on my history to her, she suggested that I might be hallucinating! Not sure what my reaction to that was, but she again mentioned that my story suggested hallucinations! I was horrified! Isn't there a better way of suggesting her suspicions?(. If I was fat, would she actually come out and call me fat?) Then I went to make an appt for tests and follow up, and Its spread out over a couple more months.

I have been thinking about having my surgery for prolapse for quite a while now. Dr. Santos has made me feel comfortable about it and has explained everything really well to me. I have confidence that everything will go well.

I sometimes feel appointments are a little rushed. I don't always feel I have the time to ask questions.

It is really nice to visit a doctor that genuinely cares and listens.

This was my first visit with Dr. Santos. She was very professional & pleasant understanding my concern for my problem. I was given a list of the medications this practice utilizes for my problem & it is up to me to f/u with the pharmacy to see if my insurance covers these medications. Once this is discovered I am to contact the office for a prescription. I would think this would be something the office would already have good knowledge of & was taken a back knowing it is up to me to research. This I will do & ask for a script.

She is well qualified, she listens, she explains things well, and I recommend her oftern.

I felt rushed by the doctor and nurse. I felt very uncomfortable during this visit. The doctor did not take the time to go over everything with me. She asked me one question and I gave her my answer and then she examined me. After the exam she made a comment but didn't explain it throughly so I really didn't understand what she was talking about. Then she sent me on my way. She needs to take more time with her patients and ask them if they have anymore questions and if they understand everything.

I've always loved Dr.Santo as my doctor.She is so caring and kind to her patients. She's awesome and wonderful doctor.I'm so grateful for her.

First appointment was horrible but subsequent appointments have improved and I have revised my opinion of the doctor completely and do not wish to switch!!
