I don't care for the way doctors make a person feel "inferior" or ignorant when they don't understand their explanations right away. I never have had problems with this area of my body and it has been 40 yrs since I was in biology. I think it would be better to explain things as if the patient had no knowledge of their anatomy or their biological functions than assume they do and when they ask a question, they get the "look" or the "I just told you" kind of tone. My provider also referred to another provider I see(Physical therapist) and told me to chat with her about the condition. When I went to that PT the next day, she told me there was nothing in physical therapy that could help my problem. It was tempting to treat the original provider with the attitude she gave-"don't you know/understand what I'm saying?" because of HER lack of knowledge. But, that would have been wrong and served no kind result.

She was excellent

She was knowledgeable,kind and made me feel at ease with all questions and provided information on what to look for if I had a problem and to come in if I had any concerns!

I have no comparison, but she was knowledgeable, humorous, friendly, outgoing, and caring. The office staff were kind and humorous also.

I received excellent care. Great team work. Showed definite interest in my problem. Suggestions and education on handling problem. Highly Recommend this group.

This was a referral from my primary physician and I only see or talk to this Dr once per year in order to continue the prescribed medication

My provider is a good provider. Highly over booked I suggest each provider set aside 1 emergent appt free a day I was VERY sick and could not get appt

I have been very happy and feel very grateful for the people that take care of me during my appointments at Providence. When I use the message board on your website to address an issue, I always receive a quick response. This is very helpful to me. My appointments are early morning prior to my other commitments, and I am always grateful that I am not kept waiting time. I love that I can make my follow up routine appts at the time of my visit. Overall, I am very happy with my care at Providence and hope to continue there. Twice I have been called to reschedule due to my provider being out of the office and I am always given a quick reschedule that fits my schedule.
