The main issues I had were that it took almost an hour to get in to see my doctor and I had an appointment early in the day. Also, once I got in, he only spent about 10 minutes with me and breezed through some of the options for my care without explaining things sufficiently before suggesting surgery. Surgery is a big option and it might be the right choice, but I need someone who will spend more than 10 minutes explaining options with me before I decide to go that route.

Had a very helpful visit with Dr. Kaplan. With the retirement of Dr. Robert James, I have been in need of new urologist. He seemed willing to have me, and I am certainly willing to have him. I will say that he expressed more confidence in the benefits of long term ADT for prostate cancer than I myself have, due to fairly careful research on this subject. If in the future he shows himself to be understanding of, and sympathetic to, metabolic/naturopathic approaches to treatment, I will be pleased and comforted.

Given the type of procedure the doctor was performing, I think the experience was as good as could be expected. There were some very uncomfortable moments though I never felt any pain. He let me know what to expect ahead of time and I have to say my preconceived fears about the procedure were unfounded. Kudos to Dr. Kaplan!

Very good experience with Dr. Kaplan. Explained in detail to all my questions and concerns, as well as give me direction in dealing with prostate cancer. Left the office with more knowledge in how to best survive prostate cancer.

Dr. Kaplan has provided care that at least 3 other Drs. Overlooked and changed my life this last year. I'm very happy with his care. I hope your administration can keep him happy so he'll stay for years to come.

He knew nothing about my conditions, spent under 5 minutest with me. Completely pointless visit, could have don't nothing on zoom. Total scam and waste of time.

It was a good visit

Waited for over one hour to see my provider. Provider recommended a procedure that is old school. Better options available. I asked why and his answer was that it is easier. He agreed to a different procedure if it becomes necessary.

Dr. Kaplan is outstanding both in terms of his expertise and his lability to listen and advise with compassion and care.
