Dr. Jacob Rubin is an exceptional urologist- Professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and an excellent communicator. I was frightened and nervous, but from the moment I met Dr. Rubin, I immediately felt safe and well cared for. His calm and reassuring manner made a difficult situation, much easier for me. The visit with Dr. Rubin was a very comforting experience. I am also confident that my Wellness was his main concern at time. I did not capitalize wellness. You did and I am a bit upset with your IT. Fortunately their incompatance does not contaminate high quality medical attention I receive from Facey. Providence you should be ashamed!

I thought Dr. Ruben did an excellent job and explaining my situation and results of the test and explained he needed to follow up test to come to a final decision on the results. Dr. Ruben was courteous, polite and informative in a way that could be understood and He seemed like he cared about me and my results. I would recommend him to anybody if he continues to treat patients the way he treated me.
