Excellent care and gave me results and next steps

I was expecting the procedure to be fine by dr Glaymore. He was out that day. Amanda did the procedure and she was great.

This is my first visit with Amanda. She was great! Listened,addressed my concerns and was a pleasure to talk to. I did not feel rushed as I often feel during appointments. I will request her for future appointments.

During this visit, I learned more about what caused a Post Operative Septic infection. I was distracted by this and left without actually getting answers to the questions that I'd scheduled this appointment for. In afterthought, I am surprised that the provider didn't address my questions that were clearly noted by the scheduling receptionist at the time I booked the appointment. At this time, I will address them with my primary practice provider in August.

For being the first time that I seen this care provider, she was awesome and very helpful and look forward to seeing her again

My experiences with everyone were excellent. They all did a wonderful job of handling my care, and they all especially had such great "bedside manners" and were really good at explaining and being empathetic.

Excellent healthcare

Amanda was amazing. Her medical assistant was odd and talked non-stop about her personal life and challenges. As a new patient dealing with a cancer diagnosis, it was off-putting and just weird. When Amanda came into the room, her energy was completely different; calm, engaged, empathetic, and caring.

Amanda is an excellent provider. She put me at ease. Answered all my questions. I strongly trust her judgment and direction

Just want to say that Amanda is a wonderful combination of skill and good humor.

She realized my current medication was not effective and changed my medication.

A wonderful experience from a great doctor.

Amanda Bauman is part of your urology practice team. My old urologist retired and I had to find a new one. I was surprised I had to start from scratch as if I was a new patient when I thought the old urologist should have arranged a transfer of service first. I needed a prescription renewed and the urology team couldn't do that until I had a formal transfer of service appointment, which took some time. My GP was able to renew the prescription.

Outstanding provider who listens and spends the time needed to answer all concerns.

Provider was focused on decisions that need to be made regarding my health care.

Wish I could have hd it done earlier but Amanda was excellent.

Amanda acted in a professional and respectful way, and she explained to me what was going on in my body and expressed herself precisely on the issue at hand.

Very abrasive. Knowledgeable but rude. She went backwards. The things she should have said at the beginning, she said at the end and visa versa.

Dr. Bowman is great. She is sincere and truly interested in providing the best care for me.She's a big asset to your Providence team.
