Kristin has been very informative and helpful in my treatment process. She is concerned about the process that I choose to go through and very informative about the different options available. I feel very comfortable with her.

Kristin is an outstanding medical provider. She is intelligent, very well informed, and personable. She really listens, and I always feel understood, and that she has an excellent overview and understanding of my health. She is a great communicator, and have always felt really good about her recommendations. Also, the treatment that she recommended has made a big difference .

I have been so impressed with Kristen lemasters.I have also been so impressed with everyone at Providence that I have seen. Everyone seems to really care about getting the right information, ordering the right tests, following up on them, and everyone is so friendly.Probably my only complaint is it seems that every time I make an appointment it always gets rescheduled a week or two. But these aren't critical issues so I guess that's probably why.But other than that I've been a very happy patient.

Nothing negative to report. Kristin and Dr. Kaplan are very responsive and convey a clear plan for my treatment. Calling your office for appointments is a bit better than the usual such experience, though time on hold can be long.

I felt that my provider, Kristin Lemaster was very concerned about my recovery. She is a wonderful representative of your organization. I will be forever grateful to her and the doctors that removed the cancerous tumor from my body.

Our bad experiences had to do with the fact our primary care doctor ordered a CT scan and based on the results of it referred us to the urology office with an urgent status. I called the urology office every week for 4 weeks asking when our appointment would be and every time was told it was in review. It took 6 weeks to get in for an urgent matter. At first I was upset we were seeing a PA and not a Doctor after this very long wait, but Kristin was amazing and I am very glad we saw her. Great, compassionate communicator!
