He is extremely personable and empathetic to my condition. I always enjoy seeing him. This video visit was unusual as I had to wait 90 minutes before he joined the call. His office staff called me twice during that time but they didn't fallow through with what they said they would do: get back to me about rescheduling vs staying on hold.

I JUST LOVE Facey Medical Group, and I feel very lucky to have this group for my medical needs.My last visit was for a procedure that is not very pleasant, and I am so grateful to Dr Stepanian and his team. I found Dr. Stepanian to be very professional, articulate in his explanation of the condition I have. I was impressed with the fact that he took the time to read my medical history, There are some doctors that don't do this and I would have to explain why I'm there. This was not the case with Dr. Stepanian. I would highly recommend him to anyone who requires to see a urologist.

After 3 months of very bad pain, I can say that after the procedure, I am finally pain free. I had my doubts about this procedure in the beginning but the doctor was great and I am greatful.

Dr. S spent a good deal of time with me. Originally it was hard to get an appointment but eventually I was called by the office (without my asking but knowing I had a positive biopsy) to see him instead of a PA

This recent visit went very well. He explained that the result of the blood sample may have been false positive. It could also be that a cancer was dectected. He set up a day to do a blood test and wait for the results. He's already made a plan in care there is a cancer, but feels it could be a false positive. He's ready one way or the other way.

As a matter of fact he saved my Life from Cancer .

My experience with Dr. Stepanian was very positive. He listened, not dismissing my health complaints, explained things in detail, ordered tests, and most importantly took immediate action and set a care plan in motion. This was in stark contrast with my recent previous care with this provider group.

Dr. Stepanian is an excellent doctor. He always takes the time to answer all my questions, and really cares about his patients. He is young and dedicated to his craft.
