I feel the receptionist, medical assistants and providers went above and beyond to help us, and spent time to make sure we understood everything, and that they addressed any and all concerns we had. In that way, he conveys a genuine interest in the patient as an individual. He listens to questions from both the patient and the patient's spouse.
