Everybody was so friendly and so professional and you could understand what they were talking about cuz they explained in layman terms and didn't make you feel stupid. I really enjoy going here

I felt as if he was afraid to do the procedure he was recommending, so it made me nervous to agree to it, though I need it. That being said, because he is part of the Heart Institute, I trust him to do a good job. I've waited 6 months for this procedure. During that time I've already recommended him to a friend. His staff is friendly and professional but they never called me back when I had a question about my care. I think given to current volume of patients seen they're doing their best.

Dr OBrien is well informed anx always willing to help. He is very pleasant always. I am very fortunate to have him for my doctor. Thank you

His friendly manner and genuine concern was comforting and left us with a sense of peace that his conclusions and recommendations were appropriate. I commend him and all the staff at the Heart Institute for their obvious professionalism and care for their patients. I am thankful that the IHI heart is present in our region.

My case is complex and ongoing for more than two years. Dr. O'Brien has done an excellent job of managing my disease and my anxiety in dealing with it. His empathy and caring is so appreciated. His expertise in vascular surgery has kept me on "this side of the grass." I respect his skill as a surgeon and his empathy as a provider.

My appointment was a bit late starting but Dr. O'Brien spent a lot of time with me.

Dr. O'brien is a special Dr. Don't lose him. Pay him whatever he wants. You won't find another as good as him.
