Being a retired health care worker,Everything went smoothly. Dr greeted me with a handshake and listened carefully to my medical history and explained my situation and what needed to be done. I was very pleased to have been referred to this Dr.

He was very nice and definitely provided the information I was hoping for.

At the beginning, the nurse screened for mental health. I shared that due to my ongoing health issues I have been dealing with depression. She was supportive and understanding. The clinician however, made the statement that he was not concerned about my issues as they were not life threatening. I thankfully have a great support team and talked to them about that experience, I fear other patients with depression would react much more negatively. I had done some looking into the condition and those associated with it and felt the clinician dismissed the things I had learned and had concerns about, saying that folks can go down internet rabbit holes, instead of addressing the concerns I shared. He was not a bad provider and wanted to help, I feel he could benefit from better communication skill development.

My experience was good. Received professional care and everyone has been always easy to talk to and understand.
