Two-step verification adds an extra layer of security to help protect your personal health information. You may be able to verify your identity using a text message, email, authenticator app, or a passkey such as Face ID or fingerprint. If you have trouble completing two-step verification or cannot access your account, please contact the MyChart help desk at 1-833-395-2035.
If text message (SMS) or authenticator app verification isn't working, try using your email address instead. Email verification codes can take up to 1-2 minutes to arrive, and some patients may receive codes by email if text messages are not their preferred communication method. If you're unable to complete two-step verification or access your account, contact the MyChart Help Desk at 1-833-395-2035.
If your fingerprint, Face ID, or passkey is not working, you may need to reset your authentication method. If you can sign in to MyChart, go to your profile/avatar > Account Settings > Manage Passkeys. From there, you can remove or add a passkey as needed. If you cannot sign in, please contact the MyChart Help Desk at 1-833-395-2035 for assistance.

Then select “Forgot login information?” and follow the instructions to recover your account. You will need a verified email address or phone number associated with your MyChart account to receive a verification code.
