Home Infusion
Long-term therapy doesn't have to mean extended hospital stays. Home-based treatment offers many patients a more affordable, comfortable, and convenient solution while allowing them to maintain their normal routines and work responsibilities.
Common candidates for home infusion therapy include patients with:
- Infections requiring intravenous antibiotics when oral therapy is ineffective
- Gastrointestinal diseases or disorders requiring specialized infusion support
- Immune disorders requiring infusion-based treatments
- Chronic dehydration or postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS)
- Long-term enteral feeding tube needs
Before therapy begins, our pharmacists collaborate closely with your provider, preferred nursing agency, and case management team, when applicable, to ensure a smooth transition to home infusion therapy and management of care throughout treatment. We provide the necessary equipment and ongoing support so you can feel confident managing your therapy at home.
