  Heart rhythm conditions (arrhythmia) or an irregular heartbeat is a problem with the rate or rhythm of your heartbeat. Conditions include atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, tachycardia, cardiomyopathy and cardiac arrest, and are handled by a subspecialty of cardiology called cardiac electrophysiology.
