Since 1978, the partners of Affiliates in Medical Specialties have been practicing together and caring for adults over the age of 18, in West Hills, Agoura Hills and the surrounding communities. Over the years, new physician partners have joined and allowed the team to deliver comprehensive care. In November of 2010, Affiliates joined Providence Medical Institute, because both organizations are committed to a shared vision of medicine and community.

A unique service for our patients is the extended care office located in West Hills and integrated into our primary care practice. When your primary care provider is unable to accommodate you during their regular office hours, you can still receive care at Affiliates the same day, in the evening or on the weekend! At the extended care practice we will see children through adult (with the exception of infants).
