The Anticoagulation Clinic provides convenient care for patients taking warfarin (Coumadin®) and other anticoagulants. The clinic is staffed by Pharmacists and Registered Nurses who work closely with your family doctor to monitor your therapy.

During your visit, a specially-trained Pharmacist or Registered Nurse will test your blood with a finger stick. You will then be informed of the results of the test, your warfarin dose will be adjusted if necessary, and a follow-up appointment will be set for you.

Most health insurance plans cover Anticoagulation services are a covered benefit by most insurance plans, out of pocket costs are determined by individual insurance policies. Copays are billed on a monthly basis.
