HMR Healthy Solutions® is an intensive weight-loss and lifestyle-change program designed to help you lose weight fast and build healthier routines that last. How to get started
To get started, we encourage you to watch our free weight management information session. In the information session, you will learn about the different programs, costs, class schedules and how to get started.
If your schedule makes it difficult to attend weekly, you can lose weight with the HMR plan at home.
