Support everyone's mental wellbeing by:

  • Sharing Work2BeWell resources with someone and use the content in your social media to positively impact others. Access Free Resources.
  • Checking in with family, friend, or loved one - ask them how they are doing.
  • Paying attention to the content you watch and who you follow on social media. Try to focus on people and content that make you feel good about yourself and your mental health.
  • Writing a positive affirmation on a sticky note, and leave it somewhere for someone to find. 
  • Make a pack with a friend to talk positively about yourself.
