SCAN Healthplan Recognizes Facey As Top Performing Physician Group in 2019

On July 15, SCAN Healthplan's Network Quality team recognized recognized Facey Medical Group and nine other physician groups for being a top performing medical group in 2019. Facey was awarded five (out of 5) stars in recognition of our commitment to keep SCAN members healthy and independent. The scoring is based on preventive screenings, treatment of chronic conditions and appropriate documentation to ensure members get the care they need. Read the full press release here.
