St. Joseph Hospital SART Nurses Featured in Local Media

As part of an awareness campaign for Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April, Providence in Humboldt County nurses we're featured in the local media talking about resources available to North Coast Survivors of sexual assault.

Jennifer Hovie, RN, and Kristen Hansen, RN, (pictured far left and far right respectively, along with Jesse Bugbee, RN, Hannah Wright, RN, Ashlie Wooden, RN) are part of the five-person group referred to as The Sexual Assault Response Team (SART). In addition to their regular nurse roles at the St. Joseph Hospital, the SART nurses also provide high-quality personalized medical care to brave patients who have come forward after a traumatic experience.
