Dong L. Ji, MD

This wellness visit was initiated by Dr. Ji's office. I appreciated that. We discussed ongoing medical concerns and she ordered needed lab and imaging tests. I have completed those, and we have scheduled a meeting to discuss the results and needed adjustments. Lab results were promptly evaluated and sent to me with a timely scheduled follow-up visit from her office. I trust her current knowledge base, skills and honesty - a really good PCP.

This first appointment was to meet Dr. Dong Ji, and to go over my health. She's very easy to communicate with, she's caring, professional, both my husband and I chose her to be our new primary care doctor. We are very happy with our decision, and feel we will get excellent care.

Didn't know my medical history, was dismissive about concerns, rushed appointment, did not seem to care about me or my health. Felt like just another number. I will be requesting a different provider.

Dr. Ji, nursing staff and office staff are top shelf!! Somehow they just get better and better.

I called clinic around 1 and was seen by 3:30 same day for symptoms of uti. I found Dr Ji charming and friendly thorough with questions and understanding. I feel more than satisfied with her care and am much better with prescription prescribed by her. Yea Dr Ji !!

She has sent me to the specialist I needed and kept records indicating that the specialist was following my case. Said I would need an appointment in one year to see how I was doing.

My provider is cold and condescending but smart. I feel somewhat traumatized after leaving each time.

Does a very good job of taking care of me and my health care.

There was no availability at the time I scheduled an appointment but Dr.Ji made a time to see me. She listened my symptoms and explained what it is happening. I truly trust her.

This appointment gave me the opportunity to address some concerns I have been having and Dr Ji was very responsive, helpful and supportive.

Dr. Ji does not create an environment where I can speak freely about my concerns. She rarely asks about my symptoms, and she does not seem familiar with my medical history. During visits, she often references outdated blood work, and I've had to correct her. Conversations feel closed off; she does not allow for open discussion or collaborative problem-solving.When I was experiencing anxiety and depression, she told me I would need a separate appointment to talk about it during a wellness visit. I had to push in order for her to even address it. It feels like there is a strict box you must fit into, otherwise she will not engage. I do not feel she takes time to discuss concerns in detail, and overall, I do not feel supported or heard by this provider.
