Steve Wheeler was such a kind provider who took the time to build trust and rapport with an elderly patient with dementia so that she was then open to listening to him and trusting the information he gave her. He considered her personal situation and didn't give her a one-size-fits-all solution. Steve is a truly exceptional provider.

Steve was excellent. Very thorough, did not make me feel rushed, and explained everything well.

I have always been very satisfied with the services I have received at Providence/St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, especially the ER staff. But, in as much as this survey seems to have been prompted by my recent visit with Steve Wheeler, I would like to commend him for his thoroughness, his insightfulness, and his ability to articulate the complexities of sleep apnea in a clear and simple manor.

Steven Wheeler was thorough and respectful at my visit. I appreciate the time taken for the visit which was follow-up to an at-home sleep study taken 6 months ago. My only concern was how long it took to schedule the follow up appointment. There appears to be a shortage of providers that is contributing to the delay in scheduling.

My entire visit with the Providence Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine team was an A+ experience. Friendly and courteous staff got me into the room. Steven Wheeler is one of the best pulmonary + sleep medicine providers I've ever had access to. His review of my Bipap therapy coupled with asking the right questions helped us identify a new issue that needs to be addressed. Because of his effort, I'll have an opportunity to finally experience the full benefits of my Bipap therapy. He was thorough, competent, and kept me from feeling discouraged with myself along the way. I'm very grateful to have crossed paths with him and the team at Providence Pulmonary.
