Providence Preoperative Kit

Thank you for participating in the Providence Preoperative Kit program

Your kit will include special soap and instructions on how to use it for bathing. As a reminder, always follow the directions given by your care team – even if they are different than the instructions in the kit.

If your surgical procedure was rescheduled, there is a chance you will receive a second kit. You only need to use one kit.
