About Desiree Amyx-Mackintosh
Desiree was born in Texas, grew up in South Carolina, and lived in the Washington, D.C. suburbs before finally finding her way “home” in Hood River in 2001. She received her B.S. Degree in Education/Biology from Clemson University (GO TIGERS!) and her M.A. Degree in Audiology from the University of Maryland. She enjoys riding her road bike in warm weather and cross country skiing in winter. You might also catch her onstage every once in a while pursuing her passion for acting.
