She was very explanatory and tried her best to figure out why I had hearing loss however my intermittent hearing loss remains a mystery.

She seemed to be confused as to why I came in and incredulous that I wanted testing. I felt she didn't want me there for the first 5-7 minutes of the appointment.

Very professional resolving my eating aid issue. I expected to have an audiogram but info was not passed from VA.

It has been several years since my hearing aides were looked at or used. She was very encouraging to get me back to using them and gave helpful hints to make them work better for me.

Dr. Laurel Walker has provided me with excellent care every time that I've seen her. She takes time to explain what it's going on she does so I an efficient manner and also seems to have a sense of humor. I feel like she is looking out for me and has my best interest at heart. Sometimes it's hard to find people like her. I'm glad that she is my audiologist .
