Dr. Laurel Walker has provided me with excellent care every time that I've seen her. She takes time to explain what it's going on she does so I an efficient manner and also seems to have a sense of humor. I feel like she is looking out for me and has my best interest at heart. Sometimes it's hard to find people like her. I'm glad that she is my audiologist .

I always feel comfortable at the audiologist office, she's good at her job, she takes it seriously. She goes above & beyond with explaining what she's doing, what I was to expect, & I was advised that I could reach out to her with any questions I may have.

Her years of practice in this field was a plus for me. I also appreciated the option of communicating with her on My Chart if I have other questions come up.

My provider is an audioligist,and she is very good at her job. I would recommend her to my friends.

Dr. Walker was professional, efficient, and responded to all of my questions. After the visit, I had the impression that she still had questions about why I received 2 referrals to see her. This may be an IT issue with MyChart or an issue with my insurance. My first referral "disappeared" from my list of referrals on MyChart when my plan year ended. I asked for another referral so it could be covered by insurance. The visit resolved the question of whether there was a medical reason for my hearing loss. Then the question of hearing aids was raised. Dr. Walker was insistent that I check into insurance benefits before having a hearing aid consultation with her. This struck me as unusual, but I will certainly do my due diligence before our consultation meeting. I have started looking information about hearing aids, and I can see that there is a lot of information that would be relevant to taking this next step. Some of the basic information points would have been helpful to know at the time we discussed the hearing test results. Dr. Walker was patient and thorough in reviewing the test results. I trust that Dr. Walker had her reasons for wanting me to investigate hearing aids on my own.

Dr Walker is a pleasure to deal with every time. If you have a question and you my charger I always get a answer same day. Unheard of anywhere else. She is phenomenal. Couldn't ask for a better doctor.
