I did not feel that my concerns or desired plan were listened to, especially given my past medical history. She told me she had not looked over my chart; however, she was kind and explained her ideas well.

THIS particular provider was outstanding. The previous person had given a group zoom class on the same subject (diet for bariatric patients), and was pretty awful. I explained just HOW awful that previous person was to the provider I saw this time, and she listened very well and took notes, and it seemed like she was going to be able to take that to her supervisor to deal with the bad provider.
