Valentina V. Bonev, MD

Dr. Valentina Bonev is a Fellowship-Trained Breast Surgical Oncologist. She earned her Medical Degree from the University of California, Irvine, School of Medicine, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She completed her General Surgery Residency at Loma Linda University Health, and went on to pursue her Fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology at the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Bonev has authored multiple research publications and has been active as a volunteer teacher. In her spare time, Dr. Bonev enjoys creative writing, scrapbooking, swimming, bicycling, playing tennis, and traveling. She is committed to providing patient-centered care and collaborative relationships with her clinical colleagues.
