Emily Wright and all the staff were amazing. It was my first experience with the team. I'm so relieved I have found them.

Results of mammograms should be given as soon as the provider enters the room. No preamble, no chit-chat. That can come afterwards. The post mammogram appointments are nerve wracking always. Get the good or bad news out of the way at the start.

Every year, I dread this appointment only because of my anxiety. However, as soon as I step into the facility, the ambiance, staff, and timeliness ease all my worries. I appreciate every single person who works in that office, because you really do make patients feel calm, welcomed, and cared for. Also, the back-to-back bookings of mammo, ultrasound, and visit are a game-changer. Very efficient and causes the anxiety of "waiting for the next appointment" to go away.

My visit with Emily was great! She has a wonderful bedside manner. I appreciate that I felt heard and that my appointment consisted of good and helpful conversation. The reason I saw her much past my appointment time was not her fault. There was confusion about my mammogram, which was completed right before my clinic visit. Apparently the wrong order had been submitted (order was for mammography of just my left breast when it should have been bilateral). Once that was resolved, everything was 20+ mins behind schedule.

Emily was great! Compassionate and knowledgable and thorough. Very empathetic and gave me an excellent explanation about my condition. She was warm and personable. Pretty perfect. Bravo!
