Amanda S. Hansen, PA-C

Amanda Hansen, PA-C, believes her most important role as a physician assistant is to help the surgical team provide the best care possible to patients - whether in the operating room or in the clinic. "The key to great care is communication between providers and patients," she says. "All patients deserve to be listened to and as providers we must follow up on their concerns."

After earning her bachelor's degree in English from Utah State University, she received her Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Seton Hill University in Greensburg, Penn. Amanda is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Amanda was raised in Price, Utah. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, working out, bouldering, and cycling around Portland.
