Doc Natasha Arora, had family emergency, so visit started 45 min late and continued 10 min. Despite this I received answers on my main concerns. I do not complain, but explain the situation. Overall I satisfied with this visit.

They have always informed me of the issues concerning my health, where I have felt reassured & comfortable with the outcome.

The Dr was generous with her time and very thorough with this vist to establish a baseline of care for new diagnosis of moderate aortic stenosis. She had been called to the hospital for an unexpected procedure and was very apologetic to be late. We completely understand this knowing that cardiologists tend to be very busy. I am very grateful to have a kind and knowlegeable expert to work with on my health.

Never a bad experience with Providence's Care Team, providers, staff or treatments. My recent move from Spokane Washington to Yelm Washington, was unnerving because I left a great group of providers for a new group. I was hoping for the same level of care and I found it to be of same quality. I look forward to a lasting relationship.

Dr. Arora basically showed no concern for me and told me not to come back. No real compassion or empathy, especially since I was a new patient. I will not see her again!
