At Providence Cardiology Associates, we provide comprehensive care for your heart in our clinic or at local hospitals. We offer routine appointments, consultations and second opinions.

• Holter monitoring (via a portable device that records heart activity)

Initial appointments may be scheduled by telephone. We will need to collect information such as address, phone number, billing information, your primary care physician and whether a referral is required.

If your insurance requires a referral, we ask that you obtain this prior to your scheduled appointment. Without this referral we will be unable to provide services to you at the time of your appointment.

We will try to schedule a follow-up appointment at the end of every visit with us. If you call in for an appointment we may need to refer you to the nurse to determine the type of visit required.

We have an automated service that will call and confirm your appointment two days before your visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know so that we can use the time for another patient.
